You don't buy the hardware, you subscribe to a service that includes it. The till unit remains our property, so a defect is our problem, not yours. Replacement parts are free for as long as you stay a customer, normal wear and tear included. We send them with a clear manual so you can replace them yourself. If we do need to come on site, that visit is chargeable at the rates in your contract.
Hardware as a Service: defects and wear are our concernTerm and termination
You don't buy the hardware, you take a service that includes it. The first month is free, so you can try it out first. Only then does the minimum term start.

- Are never refunded. If you pay yearly, your contract runs until the end of the period you paid for — so you receive those months as service

- €1,200 at the start of the first paying month, €66.67 less per full month elapsed, zero after 18 months. Calculated on the day your termination takes effect
During the trial month no termination fee is ever due. After that, an example: terminating after six paying months costs €800; after twelve, €400. If you pay yearly, your termination takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Terminate after six months while you have paid through month twelve, and your contract runs to month twelve and terminating costs €400. Terminate after sixteen months while you have paid through month twenty-four, and it costs you nothing. The installation fee is not part of the trial month. For a defect or normal wear and tear, we send you the replacement part free of charge, with a manual so you can replace it yourself.

Amounts excluding VAT. Even for an on-site visit, the replacement part stays free. For damage from improper use, third-party interventions, power surges, water damage, fire or vandalism, we also charge for the part.
